Amongst those initiated into the vernacular of traditional Korean pottery, Yoon Ja is a name associated with radical reconceptions of form and structure.  Her exhibition at Song Song was her first in Europe, and although the new context drew her body of work into a discourse in which it had never mingled, the qualities of freedom and inspired invention that have earned it a prominent place at home continued to declare themselves.
